All Genesys proposals will
be priced based on specific scope of work
required. Siemens Professional Services
will be a separate line item for components
required, and is the associated labor rate.
Maintenance is 20% of net software price
to customer, on an annual basis. Software
includes a 90 day warranty only beginning
on delivery date.
As requested, maintenance can be billed
as a line item on product order to provide
first year coverage. Maintenance is provided
for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage. |
